Rib Boat Cruise to the Astuvansalmi Rock Paintings in Ristiina/Mikkeli
Departure Point: Ristiina Boat Dock (laivalaituri), opposite of the Astuva Rock Art Center.

While the site is also accessible by foot, only from the water can you truly understand why this location was chosen for these ancient artworks. Spot the face in the cliff and hear the remarkable echo. The waterway to the paintings is the same route used by our ancestors. From the Ristiina Boat Dock (near the Astuva Rock Art Center, opens 30.6.) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 11.00 and 14.00 from end of June to the end of August.
If there isn't a ticket available which is suitable for you, we recommend to call us or send email, the tours might be taken also other times!
There is no minimum number of participants for the cruise. However, please book the cruise in advance. The ticket can be purchased online up to 12 hours before departure. If the departure is on the same day, please check availability by calling or sending a message to +358405558250. Tickets can also be purchased from the boat.
